Christmas smile
This Christmas story is two thousand years old but ever new story! There are so many sad events happening every day and bringing us pain and sorrow. But time passes and all is forgotten. And if the story of a child who was born in a cave "in frost and cold" two thousand years ago even now remembers with great affection, then some special reason for it should exist. All ancient peoples had expected the Savior, who would solve all of their problems.
The prophet Isaiah seven hundred years before the coming of the Messiah spoke to his people: "... see the light coming, it will make the world shine with truth ...". Modern man wants justice, peace, prosperity for all, health, calm and quiet prevail throughout the world.

The mighty of this world, politicians, heads of nations, the administration at all levels promise, promise, but do little or nothing, so today mistrust and pessimism reign in our souls. It is this boy from Bethlehem shows us the solution and announces it to the shepherds, the first. In those days they were the lowest category of people, and even the law did not allow either a shepherd or shepherd to testify in court.
If you find an opportunity to stop in front of the image of Christmas, to consider it, it will come as an omen to thee. The serene calm of a little child will awaken your senses. And a smile will touch your lips. And you will see a path leading to peace and quiet.

É da domandarci. Cosa é l'amore ? Non é facile rispondere perché l'amore non si spiega ma si vive. Qui non si parla di sentimenti, perché l'amore e cosa bene superiore. É comune ascoltare "io ti amo" ma alcuni lo dicono senza mettere in considerazione il suo valore e lo confondono con la passione, attrazione, sesso, sentimento, una fuga. San Paolo ci rivela per noi che l'amore é bontá, non ha invidia, non é arrogante e non é egoista e non guarda rancore.....tutto sopporta, crede e spera che in altre parole si puó definire un atto ascetico.
CHI É GESÚ ?
CHI É GESÚ ?
Gesú é stato un giudeo, falegname umile, che solo fece il bene e frattanto fu condannato e crocifisso, ma con questo ha marcato profondamente la storia della umanitá intera. Alcuni lo classificano come un saggio, altri, come Maestro o Profeta. Come é stato possibile che questo uomo povero e che viveva in una piccola cittá disprezzata in Israele, che mai ha scritto un libro o lasciato scritto fa parte di una elite, non era militare, scrittore, dottore o artista non procuró imporre per la sua forza i suoi insegnamenti e fosse l'uomo piú conosciuto, piú amato e ammirato della storia umana ?

San Giuseppe ha avuto la grazia di vivere accanto al Salvatore e alla sua Madre, la Tutta Santa, e ha ascoltato dalla loro bocca quelle soave parole che bastarono a fargli godere la serenitá e il silenzio interiore quale riflesso della celeste beatitudine.La vita di San Giueppe fu una continua preghiera in compagnia del Re del Cielo in quanto il Figlio cresceva in etá, sapienza e grazia davanti Dio e agli uomini, non si preoccupava delle cose esteriori ma nella misura strettamente necessaria ai bisogni della Sacra Famiglia.

E' così consolante intuire che l'aspetto più intimo dell'assistenza materna di Maria in nostro favore passa esattamente attraverso queste stesse linee; fin dalle prime fasi del cammino verso Dio.
Tutti sanno che in esse anche una difficoltà di scarsa importanza potrebbe scoraggiarci, spingendoci al punto di partenza, rappresentato da quello che, sotto sfumature diverse, viene chiamato momento di conversione, o primo vero incontro con Cristo.

Nel corso dei secoli la Chiesa ha riflettuto sulla cooperazione di Maria all'opera della salvezza, approfondendo l'analisi della sua associazione al sacrificio redentore di Cristo. Giá Santo Agostino aveva attribuito alla Vergine Maria la qualifica di "cooperatrice" della redenzione, un titolo che sottolinea l'azione congiunta e subordinata di Maria a Cristo Redentore. In questo senso si é sviluppata la riflessione, sopratutto a partire dal secolo XV.

Se il nostro modo di descrivere situazione rientranti con difficoltà nei soliti schemi biografici ci desse lidea che, dunque, la Madonna abbia davvero camminato sui fiori, le faremmo un torto che non merita in alcun modo: la definiremmo una donna passiva, una Creatura introversa che avrebbe pigramente annullato la propria personalità. Al contrario, troviamo di Lei sul Vangelo, segni ben chiari di perfetta auto-comprensione e d'intraprendenza. Il lettore credente ne ricava la netta convinzione che tutto le sia costato, come a noi e anche di più, per quanto attiene alla vita giornaliera; e che ogni suo progresso nella saggezza e nel conservarsi libera da qualsiasi vincolo estraneo sia stato effetto di un impegno consapevole, costante.

Uma reflexão
A liturgia desse domingo nos sugere uma reflexão sobre nossa responsabilidade face aos irmãos que nos rodeiam. Afirma, claramente, que ninguém pode ficar indifferente diante daquilo que ameaça a vida e a felicidade de um irmão e que todos somos responsaveis uns pelos outros.
